DESCRIPTION:
Unsigned, possibly New Hampshire, 8 day, weight brass movement patent or banjo timepiece.
CONDITION:
Mahogany case in an old finish. Half round moldings on the doors have some age splits. The left side board in the bottom box has separated and will need attention. Throat tablet is original, but bottom door tablet is a replacement. Original painted dial has wear to the chapter ring and minor loss on the dial edges. Dial is attached to the case with two L-turns. Period hands. Wood finial is a replacement.
